Do You Ask What is the Remedy for Back Pain?

Spread the love

One of the most common ailments among adults is back pain. I have been battling lower back pain since my late twenties. My active life created sports injuries that mostly resulted in back pain.

I had asked myself for years what is the remedy for back pain. I had tried all the creams and pills that you can find in most big box store pharmacy departments.

My concern has always been what medications like Advil and Aleve are doing to my body once ingested. The warnings on the bottle are pretty scary, but when you are in pain and can barely walk, you will try anything.

But, those chemical-laden products only provided temporary relief and did not get to the root of the problem. Most health issues can be brought on by a lack of physical exercise, consuming foods loaded with chemicals, eating too much fast food, not getting enough sleep, too much emotional stress, as well as a host of others. It is better if we choose healthy options!

The best way to find the remedy for back pain is to look for natural solutions provided by mother nature. Man-made chemistry concoctions will never compete with natural solutions.

Before Covid, back in 2019, I had a bout with something I had never experienced before. I could not breathe well, and could not sleep because every time I lay down it felt like knives stabbing me in the back. It was so bad I could not walk a few steps without being out of breath.

With the help of a naturopathic consultant, I reached out and found a few natural and simple solutions to take internally. Within days my symptoms were greatly reduced and within a week I was back to normal.

Once Covid came into being in 2020, and hearing of the symptoms of that disease, I was sure I had some variant of Covid during that time in late 2019.

Most recently, I had what to me would best be described as sciatic nerve issues. I had pain from my lower back down to my feet. It was most painful and uncomfortable. I can usually stand for long periods of time while I instruct people, but not in that condition.

Once again I searched my library for a natural solution and found one. Taken internally I was able to reduce the symptoms and within a few weeks, my sciatic nerve issues were gone!

I still suffer from occasional back pain issues brought on by hard work, but the only remedy that works long-term is my natural cure.

The remedy for your back pain is essential oils!

We face dozens of problems every day. We want to feel our best and help our families do the same.

We worry about health issues, having a clean and safe home, and meeting the demands of a busy schedule – the list of worries goes on and on. Many of the problems we face are simply a result of being human. However, we live in an age where we have the power to take control, the power to solve our problems.

Essential oils are more than just another product on the market. Essential oils are problem solvers. They’re natural gifts at our disposal that can help us solve many of the things we worry about on a daily basis.

We can even use them to solve seemingly simple problems like helping children with their bedtime routine. Though you might have a long list of worries, there’s an equally long list of essential oils and ways to use them to solve your problems.

We don’t need to settle for generic solutions – we’ve been given all the tools we need from Mother Nature. We don’t need to give up on our mission to protect our families and keep them strong. We already have the natural solutions we need to care for others.

What makes essential oils so powerful? First, essential oils are extremely versatile. Some people think that essential oils are used merely to make things smell nice or to make a massage more enjoyable.

The truth is that essential oils have countless uses for everyday life – many of which you might have never thought of. While some people know essential oils are useful for such things as aromatherapy and purifying the air, others are shocked to learn that essential oils can also be used for cooking, personal hygiene, household cleaning, promoting a restful environment for sleep, and much more.

Not only are a wide variety of essential oils available, but each individual oil also provides a unique set of benefits, making the possibilities for use and application practically limitless. With so many options, you can customize your essential oil usage to fit your personal preferences and daily needs, giving you and your family the solutions you’ve been looking for.

Once you understand that high-quality essential oils are useful in our modern day, you’re then ready to put their potency and power to the test. The more you learn about what essential oils are, how they work, and how they can be used safely, the more they can become a helpful part of your daily life.

When used properly, essential oils can become, quite literally, an “essential” part of your routine. Whether you care deeply about using natural solutions in the home, want products that will support your efforts in living a healthy lifestyle, or just want a powerful and effective way to support the well-being of your family, essential oils can help to fulfill your needs.

Are you ready to see all that essential oils have in store for you?

What is the remedy for back pain? My suggestion would be the natural remedy of copaiba taken internally and Deep Blue essential oil and Deep Blue cream to apply topically for quick relief of pain.

A topical application of essential oils is a relatively simple method that allows you to experience their benefits both quickly and effectively. One of the greatest benefits of using essential oils topically is that you can target specific areas of the body to achieve a specific desired effect. Additionally, you’ll enjoy the aroma of the essential oil for several hours as it absorbs into the skin.

Much like aromatic use, topical application of essential oils is a relatively simple method that allows you to experience their benefits both quickly and effectively. What is the Remedy for Back Pain? The Best Remedy is the Internal Use of Essential Oils!

Over the years, there’s been much debate over the internal use of essential oils. Just like any other essential oil application method, internal usage can absolutely serve as a safe way to enjoy essential oils when used correctly.

After all, you’ve probably used vitamins or supplements for their internal benefits. Plus, did you know that small amounts of essential oils can be found in some of the foods we eat? Our bodies are ready to metabolize essential oils – the key is using the correct oils in safe amounts.

When applied safely and properly, the internal use of essential oils can be just as beneficial as aromatic and topical use.

In some cases, internal use can provide unique benefits that the other two application methods simply cannot offer. Though some are skeptical about the efficacy of internal use, research supports the potential benefits of consuming essential oils internally.

Among many benefits, essential oils can be used internally to support gastrointestinal health, maintain healthy immune function, promote healthy cell function, provide the body with internal cleansing benefits, and more.

In addition to these internal benefits, essential oils can also be used to add flavor to food and beverages, providing a creative way to consume oils for internal benefit.

Copaiba Oil has a soothing aroma and, when taken internally, supports healthy cardiovascular, immune, digestive, and nervous systems.

Copaiba essential oil is derived from the resin of the copaiba tree, which can grow upwards of more than 100 feet and can be found in tropical South America. Copaiba oil is widely used in cosmetic products including soaps, creams, lotions, and perfumes.

Since the 16th century, copaiba essential oil has been utilized in traditional health practices by the natives of north and northeastern Brazil. Copaiba can help soothe anxious feelings and it can be applied to the skin to promote a clear, smooth complexion.

Taken internally, Copaiba essential oil supports the health of the cardiovascular, immune, digestive, and nervous systems. It also helps support a healthy inflammatory response. Copaiba can be added directly to the mouth to cleanse and soothe the gums and oral cavity.

Although Copaiba does not contain psychoactive cannabinoids, the main component, β-caryophyllene, may be neuroprotective and may have cardiovascular and immune benefits when consumed. It’s also a powerful antioxidant that promotes immune health.

Copaiba contains the highest levels of β-caryophyllene (BCP) among currently known essential oils. An irregular cannabinoid and sesquiterpene, BCP is a potent constituent within copaiba essential oil.

BCP selectively binds to CB2 receptors in the endocannabinoid system (ECS) – a signaling and regulating system comprised of enzymes, receptor sites throughout the body, and endocannabinoids produced by the body.

With cannabinoid receptors found widely in the body and all major organs, the ECS acts as a major regulator of human health. The CB2 receptors in this system are of particular importance because they are mostly found within the immune system.

When Copaiba is consumed, the BCP binds to these receptors to aid healthy immune and inflammatory responses. It also influences multiple signaling pathways to promote healthy liver, digestive, kidney, heart, and brain functions. With its wide influence on key organs, BCP supports general well-being.

Copaiba, taken internally, was what removed the pain from my lower back pain and sciatic nerve issues. I take one to two capsules daily of pure Copaiba essential oil. That has been my remedy for back pain!
